Product Description: The Aspen 530-T is offered in Single and Double Hung configurations. It is the companion for the Series 530-T horizontal slider. It is thermally broken and engineered for Heavy Commercial, Commercial, and Luxury Residential projects.

Features:

Commercial Balance System: The operating panel opens and closes effortlessly with commerical grade block-and-tackle sash balances.

Thermal Break: A structural polyurethane thermal barrier in all frame and sash members provides maximum energy efficiency by minimizing heat and cold transmission as well as condensation.

Choice of Two Frames: You may choose from the Block frame, or Nail-on frame.

1" Insulated Glass: The capacity for 1" insulated glass sets the 530-T above the competition. The generous space between the two lights of glass adds even more to this window's energy saving qualities.

Hardware: The locking hardware consists of a White Bronze cam latch and strike. It is beautiful, durable, and functional.

Optional Double-Hung: The Aspen 530-T can also be furnished as a double-hung window. (In this case, the screen is mounted on the outside of the window frame.)

Four Standard Finishes: You may choose from Class I Dark Bronze Anodize, Class II Clear Anodize, White Paint, or Tan Paint.

Screen: The 530-T comes standard with an extruded aluminum screen frame.

Rough Openings: Rough openings are made to the call out size. For example, the rough opening for a 2040 is 24" x 48". The window iwll be made 23 1/2" x 47 1/2".
